Our Customer Service Representative (CSR) team is trained to complete requests and to resolve individual issues, and is available after hours for emergency situations. This center uses state-of the-art tools for order entry, which provides CSRs access to maximum order levels, patient prescriptions, safety stock records, order history, and more. The team is responsible for coordinating:

  • Prescription services
  • Maximum order levels
  • Monthly order placement
  • Delivery scheduling
  • Domestic and international travel orders
  • Emergency orders (24 hours/7 days)
